Here are the ingredients needed for two servings of banana custard:

  • 4 banana
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 cashews
  • 5 pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon custard powder
  • 1 and 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 almonds
  • 2 teaspoon raisins

For extra taste, you can add about 1 and 1/2 tablespoon chocolate shavings.

Preparation Steps:

Step 1: 

Rinse the Banana and Chop it into Pieces

The first step is to rinse the banana in clean water to remove all dirt around it. Then peel off the back and chop the banana inside a bowl.

Step 2:

Add Sugar and Custard Powder

Now take another bowl and add sugar together with custard powder. Add a bit of milk and then mix all the ingredients and keep them aside.

Step 3:

Boil The Milk

Next, boil pour the remaining milk into a pan and boil under a medium flame. After some time, add the powders custard mixture into the billed milk and stir together.

Add The Chopped Banana

Once It starts getting thicken, add the chopped bananas, then remove from the flame and add vanilla, nut, and raisins.

Stir everything together and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Then transfer the banana custard into another bowl and then add other things to garnish it like the chocolate shavings.
